Welcome to Telegraph Hill
Named after the first western telegraph station located in San Francisco in 1853, Telegraph Hill has been home to numerous artists and writers including Mark Twain over the years.
At the top of Filbert Street is Coit Tower, a 210 foot San Francisco landmark dedicated to the firefighters who fought the flames that followed the 1906 earthquake. Telegraph Hill provides some of the City’s most dramatic views from its assortment of homes and condominiums, and provides close proximity to the Fisherman’s Wharf, Pier 39, the Financial District, North Beach and Chinatown.
