Elizabeth has earned a high reputation and respect among fellow agents and clients. She has orchestrated a wide range of complex transactions including residential, commercial, vacant land/construction projects, TIC buildings and business sales. She started her real estate career in 2000. In 2005 she became a co-owner of a mortgage company gaining experience of underwriting residential and commercial loans. In 2011-2013 Elizabeth was a Property Manager for a large portfolio of shopping centers in the Bay Area. In 2018 Elizabeth represented buyers in a purchase of an Iconic commercial property, headquarters of the Sunset Magazine in Menlo Park.
Elizabeth is proud of her contributions to her client's personal and financial future and takes pride in sharing her knowledge by educating them on the different aspects of real estate transactions and market conditions.
Elizabeth has been personally involved in real estates investment projects, such as rental properties, numerous renovation projects, and construction of a luxury building in the Cow Hollow neighborhood of San Francisco. Her knowledge is rooted in never-ending education and relationship with some of the best real estate attorneys in the Bay Area.
Prior to moving to the United States in 1999, Elizabeth was a Director of the Moscow Conservatory Philharmonic in 1996-1997 and an Executive Administrator for President of Moscow Fund for Small Business Promotion (small business administration loans).
